Help secure speakers and work with high-level experts from the public and private sectors, leading NGOs, and international institutions to form panels for in-depth discussions at the conference. Liaise with top experts, academics, and social impact leaders, via email or conference calls, to ensure excellent preparation for the conference sessions. Prepare detailed concept notes with content questions and discussion points. Assist with the Ambassadors Program and other youth leadership activities. Assist with the AFS Award for Young Global Citizens. Assist in the selection process for Youth Assembly awards. During the conference, manage conference sessions, handle the speakers, audience, and tech needs of sessions. Support any other administrative or organizational tasks as required for the successful execution of The Youth Assembly, including arranging schedules, timetables, passes, thank you notes, and other materials for speakers
