Performed job analyses to determine key competencies for use by senior managers in future screening and interviewing. Coached leaders and employees on leadership development, performance management, and employee disciplinary efforts. Created and enhanced company policies and procedures to align with business goals. Attended bi-weekly union labor relations meetings to support strategic labor relations planning.

Project Date SMART. Partnered with Rhode Island Family Court to identify at-risk teens for dating violence & sexual risk prevention program. Administered behavioral assessments to the teenage population to identify risk behaviors and patterns. Consulted 40+ teens on a variety of sexual health and violence scenarios through weekly occurring group sessions. Organized and analyzed study data using Microsoft Exel and SPSS.
