Underwent a structured training program at a mechanized trackless bord and pillar mine in the following areas: Mining Cycle: Mechanized Face Drilling, Charging and Blasting using CBS, L.H.D Lashing, Mechanized Support Drilling, Face Preparation Re-entry procedure and Grizzley Operation Geology: Reef identification (BMSZ), Structural Mapping, grade control and ground control. Survey: Peg Installation, Pillar monitoring, stockpile measurements, Ore density measurements, compiling mine plans and measuring centares. Mine Planning Daily, weekly, monthly production reports. Budgeting (opex and capex), scheduling, technical trials, storage and handling of explosives.

Underwent a training program of the mining cycle of sublevel open stoping (Gold) : Reentry, facemarking, drilling, charging, hand tramming, machine tramming, cage hoisting, explosives handling, Long hole drill and blasting Plant operations : Communition, dewatering, material handling, tailings disposal. Survey: Peg installation, traversing, map reading, data entry Engineering /rock drill workshop : Maintanance checks
