* Process retirements, termination and death benefits of participants under different Group Annuity Contracts * Calculate retirement benefit or pension estimate of retirees of different contracts as well as Federal and State tax Withholding. * Communicate with Contract Holders to ensure that amount of payment, mode of payment, commencement date, recipient address and other information are accurate. * Create letter and correspondence to communicate with retirees regarding their inquiries. * Support the Call Center Associates if they do not understand the information on the system.

* Teach Mathematics subjects in all year levels. * Create daily Lesson Plan to ensure that daily routinely activities inside the classroom are met * Provide student's feedback and compute their grade every grading period based on their over-all performance. * Create examinations, quizzes, lectures and other tools to measure student's performance * Train student's that will represent the school in various Mathematics contests. * Manage individual differences of students and maintain good relationship to create an environment conducive to learning

* Effectively and efficiently manage the team's daily operations * Manage the performance of associates to meet and exceed service level agreements * Act as a product and process knowledge resource to associates on the production floor * Handle escalations and ensure that they are completed within the turnaround time * Provide regular feedback and provide opportunities for team members' professional growth * Review, collect, and summarize quality control and business reports * Ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded and are reported visibly - often * Manage projects and ensure key deliverables are accomplished on a given target date * Ensure staff adherence to schedule and adjust or document discrepancies * Assist immediate supervisor in coordinating team resources, monitoring team activities, and preparing reports * Encourage commitment and engagement among team members * Participate in the recruitment/hiring process for new team members * Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management

I graduated with a degree in Mathematics focuses in a mixture of theories and application. I have a good background of algebra, trigonometry, probability and statistics to name a few.
