Received a contract extension for consistently proficient work and closing the most tickets on the team while maintaining thoroughness and delicacy. Entrusted to being a dedicated Business Continuity Access deployer, which involved significantly more prep and care to be taken to ensure proper HIPAA compliance and as little downtime as possible.

Created an IT audit, policy, security, and compliance project with a partner, making use of Office365 resources with the goal of identifying compliance gaps and defining future remediation steps. Ensured HIPAA compliance in therapy questionnaires by enabling built-in HIPAA sliders. Researched NIST CSF 2.0 and SOC levels and illustrated how the incorporation can benefit Life Journey. Exploited admin privileges in LJ software to investigate principle of least privilege. Created incident reports detailing cyber attacks on the company and employees. Delivered a report to guide LJ into implementing compliance measures and adhere to industry standards.

Weekly shift where I would tutor students on a “walk-in” basis. Assisted in school projects regarding Linux command line, C, and occasionally Python.

Required to learn and work four different stations. Stove, which required cooking burgers, chicken and other different meats potentially required for a burger. Bun station, which had me construct buns with condiments that the customer had specifically requested. Fryers, which required me to cook specific foods, primarily including sides and fried chickens to order. And middle, which consisted of final construction and roundup of everything the specific order had required from the back of house stations.
