Brendan Mc Garry

Brendan is a qualified Carpenter & Joiner gaining over 10 years experience self-employed in the construction industry working on both residential & large scale commercial projects. He then decided to progress his craft, design skills & IT technical ability by returning to college. Brendan graduated in 2016 with a first class BSc. (Hons) in Furniture Design & Manufacture. Brendan's exhibition work has been also recognised with achievements as an award winning Designer/Maker. His furniture has been showcased in several exhibitions including the RDS Craft Awards & IDI Graduate Design Awards. Brendan's current role is Technical Design & Procurement in glazed partitions & acoustics systems. His role includes compiling BC(A)R submittals, drafting product & fabrication drawings for client approval. Procurement of materials and providing technical advice & design solutions to Architects, Main contractors & W2W site fitters.
