· Digitally render and retouch brand standard head-wear and apparel maintaining high quality imagery standards · Mask, color-correct, liquify, and enhance brand standard images of apparel and head-wear using Adobe Photoshop · Utilize Widen (Acquia) DAM system for file uploading and archiving, user account administration, and regular global administrator duties · Style and photograph headwear and apparel for brand-standard imagery to be used across several internal and external partners

· Drive high-volume work in post-production processes including file management, image retouching and asset organization · Uploading, sorting, and organization of assets within a dedicated Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. · Catalog, name, crop, color manage, and provide retouching for a high volume of image assets under tight deadlines ensuring strict imaging standards are maintained · Troubleshoot on set issues with cameras, photo equipment, computers, software, etc. to reduce downtime and maximize productivity

· Deliver hundreds of images live-ingested through Photo Mechanic that require cropping, color correcting and captioning during live games to internal social teams and Getty Images · Accurately and quickly apply proper Getty captioning and metadata to photos in real time · Liaise between staff photographers and internal editing team to deliver real time game photos under tight turnaround times · Assist on media day team photo shoots during setup and breakdown of lights, modifiers, backgrounds, stands, etc · Light sets with Profoto lighting systems utilizing modifiers, reflectors, stands and more

· Photograph structure interiors and exteriors, raw camping sites and outdoor landscapes in natural and artificial light · Showcase the amenities and features of each property through photographic coverage for future guests · Style and merchandise outdoor photo shoots with tents, outdoor camping gear, etc. · Process, edit and retouch raw photography files to meet Hipcamp’s high standard of imagery guidelines · Communicate with Hipcamp Hosts to schedule and photograph private campsite destinations across the United States · Manage regular email communication with clients and Hipcamp’s photography team
