Webmaster for the KS website Designed new sales "talk tracks", email templates, and a database of resources for the sales team to utilize. Maintain LinkedIn presence for KS Manufacturing.

Created and maintained library of still images, short and long form video content for MOS Plastics. Also creating materials for KS Manufacturing and KS Tijuana, two of our sister companies. Webmaster for KS web presence. I provide updates to existing pages, create and maintain blogs, and add new webpages. I am in charge of all tradeshow preparations for the MDM West and AACC conferences. this includes all preparations as well as on-site setup of the booth. Business Development: in charge of LinkedIn marketing efforts for both company pages as well as outreach via Sales Navigator.

• Promoted music shows on social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram • Selling directly and indirectly to Chico State students, and local Chico residents • Consistently achieved sales and operational goals, selling 10+ tickets for 25 consecutive shows • Distributed promotional materials to buildings on campus, on street signs downtown and after the show to attendees • Assisted with stage set up and take down, dealing with thousands of dollars of speakers and equipment

• Provided internal support for our outside sales team • Facilitate interactions between end users, QOLSYS, and our system of dealers/vendors • Prepare displays, handouts, and other promotional items for the yearly tradeshows (ESX, ISC West, CES) • Created and managed a group of 75 beta testers for the new “IQ2” panel • Streamlined internal business processes to increase daily efficiency • Collected pending sales orders, pick and pack the required materials, and resolve the order • Quality Assurance testing on the “Gen 1” and “IQ2” panels I helped create the "Find a Dealer" portion of the website as well as tracked down all of the dealers who sell Qolsys products, and added them to our dealer list. I helped send out packages to locations across the United States as well as countries like New Zealand, China and Canada I also helped with organizing company retreats and activities, as well as help with ordering and setting up of food orders.
