During my time with Greg Allen Design, I volunteered as a digital retoucher to gain some valuable work experience as well as to develop my skills as a retoucher. I was given the task to update and manage the GAD website as well as running competitions and features associated with the previous website.

Mental Health Support Worker covering all aspects of client care and support whilst in hospital settings. My experience covers all age groups; adolescent, adult & elderly (including dementia-specific wards). Fully trained in First Aid, CPR, Customer service, Anaphylaxis, Restraint, De-escalation, Back Care, Hoisting, Infection control etc. I have worked on low - medium secure units and have had the training to work on high secure. Daily duties included 1-to-1 observations & therapy sessions, general obs, food & fluid obs & personal care (for extra support clients), general housekeeping, activities, escorting patients off grounds to appointments, education etc. Facilitating group sessions, promoting general wellbeing, medication supervision (not dispensary), de-escalation, restraint (only when absolutely necessary), end of shift reports (notes), liaising with nursing team, psychiatrists and consultants.

Call centre Sales Advisor for RBS. Inbound & Outbound calls. Diary management, creating leads, liaising with other departments, sales of financial products, applications, follow ups, mandatory financial scripts reported to customers, use of Outlook & back office systems as well as Aspect call systems, account reviews, mortgage & home insurance referrals, liaising with branches etc.

I cover all aspects of social media marketing for clients of the Digital Design Agency, Red Roxy Studios. I manage and create content for all of Red Roxy's social media accounts i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Google+ and tumblr. I also cover event journalism and face-to-face business networking on behalf of the company. Other duties include project management, administration, client liaison and business management.
