* Promoted to Associate Vice President and Corporate Director of Benefits in December 2018. * I started with Dewberry in March of 1986 in our Marketing and Communications department. I spent 19 years in different roles in Marketing and Communications and then transferred to HR in 2005 where I focused more on my passion - our employees. I’ve always been one to help others and get joy out of doing that. No matter what it is. I am so much more of a giver than a taker and that it okay with me. I really do get my happiness from that. * I was promoted to the Manager of Benefits in 2010 and today I am the Corporate Director of Benefits and an Associate Vice President with our company. * Current responsibilities include: * Manage two Benefit Administrators and the companies Call Center * Oversee and manage all benefit changes, new hires, etc. * Manager our Benefit Broker and Insurance Carrier * Annual Audit with TPA's * Manage Annual Open Enrollment * 401(k) committee participant * Daily questions / problem solving * Employee Communications * DiSC Certified / do training
