• Develop the company’s vision and strategic plans as well as improving and promoting business • Act as a professional advisor to the Board, identifying, assessing and informing the Board of internal and external issues that affect the Company • Negotiate and approve contracts, price increases with clients and organizations ensuring the business operates efficiently and profitable on a daily basis • Develop the operational plan aligned to company’s goals, objectives and strategic direction • Ensure the operations of the divisions meet the expectations of the Board • Lead the day-to day operations of the company, overseeing the planning, implementation and evaluation of Imvula Quality Protection Services • Align services with the current market needs, identify new innovative ideas and oversee the planning, implementation and execution of special projects • Created and implemented policies and objectives to ensure continuing operation with increased service levels and maximum optimization of workforce and equipment • Establish relationships with Executives and Decision makers of potential and existing clients, understanding their existing needs and addressing them through our service offerings • Establish beneficial relationships; collaborate with various entities and internal divisions to achieve a successful solution resulting in the entity securing the services of Imvula Quality Protection. • Develop methods to control budget, identify financial optimisation of government initiatives while still delivering excellent service. • Ensure Corporate Governance aligned to Supply Chain and Finances of the organization • Drive learning development initiatives across the organization including Learnerships, Skills Programs and support governments youth employment initiatives with Recruitment Drives • Ensure HR projects are in line with the current market and policy • Lead branch operations nationally including managing and supporting branch managers
