Developing and managing North American retail sales of the Comply foam tips. As the Business Development Sales Manager, my responsibilities include the development of our Consumer Electronics product channels in North America with key retail partners (Amazon.com, Complyfoam.com, Best Buy). Manage website activity such as branding, copy, and email campaigns. Lead all direct sales efforts into the Consumer Electronics Big Box stores like Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Fry’s, Hudson Group, Amazon and others. Other duties include the organization of product and sales training efforts to all of our reseller partners and assist with marketing efforts, which include the development of branding, merchandising, packaging re-design, development of our corporate presentation, digital and print product brochures and copy. Oversee the growth of Complyfoam.com website and all customer engagement efforts.

• Managed all social media and customer service outlets in order to increase brand awareness and drive revenue streams. • Developed email marketing campaigns, SEO enhancements, and Google AdWords that resulted in increased traffic and profit to ComplyFoam.com. • Analyzed KPI's with Google Analytics to leverage product direction and marketing efforts. • Identified and established relationships with bloggers and reviewer sites that boosted brand traffic and revenue. • Coordinated all tradeshows to establish relationships and build partnerships with key press and strategic customers - including logistics, accommodations, scheduling, agendas, staffing, etc. • Created marketing materials and assets (brochures, ad campaigns, sales literature, etc.).
