Currently an Outbound Flow Lead at BOI2 for BHN. Working in a fast paced operations based role, balancing work, and overall hourly throughput within an Amazon FC. Working hand in hand with other Area Managers, Process assistance, and associates to provide customer smiles. Deep diving metics, work allocation for processes, and process improvements. I am also the President of the Warriors Affinity group (2 years) and the Operational Program manager for ASC: Associate Safety Committee. (2 year)

Leading the path of excellence in the singles department. Covering three different through puts of production. Serving smiles with unwavering customer obsession! Assisting associates with daily hurdles by deep diving situations while utilizing root cause analysis, backing and delivering results with metrics, analyzing data to create opportunities for improvement, but most importantly ensuring there is a safe and equal work environment for all! Moved to AFE1 at BOI2 over seeing multis department for 11 months until recently moving to Flow at BOI2 on BHNs. Working with pick, Outbound, and SD to fulfill customer shipments while achieving cost effective productivity.

Formerly a Sr. Corpsman and subject matter expert in DOD Patient transport. I facilitate patient movement throughout the globe. Utilizing fixed wing, rotary wing, and EMS ground units for a level two trauma center. I’ve saved the DOD over 8 million dollars within two years and have been recognized by the CO for my professional success and patient care under pressure. I hold collateral duties as the safety representative for Patient Administration, the Public Affairs Officer for Sailor 360, and TCCC instructor. Previously, I was the lead corpsman at Walter Reed National Military Medical center. I trained over 12 follow corpsman and army medics the responsibilities and practices of the floor. I was hand selected to sever at the White House during the Covid 19 pandemic protecting the POTUS. I was also coined at this command for my willingness to care for those within the community by personally raising over 500 dollars for project healing waters. My collateral duties consisted of being the training officer for the Ward. Tracking compliance for over 20 personal. Prior to transition from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center I attended Hospitalman Trauma Training in Jacksonville FL.

I have been a Server and TL (Team Lead) at Red Lobster for a total of 8 Years. I have worked at two locations. Moved from Pocatello to Boise upon College graduation and was a (Team Lead) at the Boise location as well prior to Joining the United States Navy in January 2019.

While Attending Idaho State University I was granted the opportunity to participate in a Practicum. I worked along side Graduate Student Gail Roberts and Dr. Mark Roberts. I have 72 logged hours within the Clinical Atmosphere.
