• Responsible for procuring and evaluating raw materials, components, and any other necessary supplies for the production of sealing solutions through ERP systems • Creating purchase orders for customer and MPR system demands through AddOne & JDE to fill capacities while monitoring inventory levels to minimize excess inventory • Tracking order status for timely deliveries and resolving discrepancies • Manage supplier’s quality, cost, capabilities, and delivery performances with monthly KPI reports • Communicating with other departments locally and globally

• Responsible for sourcing services needed for facility operations while negotiating contracts, managing supplier and customer relationships, ensuring timely services while adhering to policies and budget constraints • Daily Onboarding / Sourcing of new service providers that are reliable with competitive pricing, operate with quality standards, and have ethical practices • Maintaining contracts, agreements, and customer/supplier information in Cherwell Service Management, JDS, and Excel • Negotiations daily with suppliers on contract terms, pricing, timely services, regulations, and payment terms

• Maintaining accurate inventory levels by receiving, storing, tracking, and managing movement of goods within the distribution center using various MRP and ERP systems • Creating daily purchase orders of raw materials for the distribution center, customization department, and Vera retail stores through Microsoft D365 • Daily purchase orders and receiving of maintenance parts through eMaint • Maintaining inventory levels using a warehouse management system and cycle counting to avoid overstocking or shortages • Track and reported scrap on first aid kits and recycling for both Vera buildings • Monthly reviews on suppliers KPI’s • Monthly processing of expense reports for all departments through SAP Concur

• Lead all shipping activities while managing people and workflow in any given area. • Trouble-shooting any issue and implementing corrective action. • Collaborating with management to ensure all business objectives are being met. • Cycle counting raw material and WIP inventory
