Ambitious professional seeking an entry level Human Resource position. My experience as an Administrative Professional has exposed me to numerous HR related tasks, such as running payroll reports, maintaining personnel databases, and managing various projects such as organizing and managing staff celebrations, all of which required me to interface with both the leadership team and the employee population. My Bachelor's in Business Management with a concentration in HR has provided me with foundational knowledge of training and development, wage and salary administration, and staffing. I believe my initiative, work ethic, communication skills, and team-oriented attitude would make me a valuable asset to any organization.
