Hey! Brandon is here:) I don't just build businesses—I constantly experiment with different business models and optimize them to stay close to the front line. For me, staying hands-on is the only way to truly understand what works and what doesn't. In 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑, I joined 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐳 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 as a core team member, helping scale the startup from zero to €10 million in revenue. In February 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, I solely launched 𝐆𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫—a refined, optimized business model in the solar space. Within less than three months, it generated €3 million in revenue.In April 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, I co-founded 𝐈𝐐 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 in Kyiv. We provide a full range of services for both household systems and industrial & commercial systems, making energy efficiency accessible to all. To further drive the industry forward, we also established the 𝐈𝐐 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲, offering professional technical training to practitioners and universities. Beyond empowering the workforce, the Academy is also my commitment to supporting Ukraine's post-war reconstruction—by equipping more people with renewable energy expertise, we can help rebuild the country stronger, greener, and more resilient.I see renewable energy not as a short-term opportunity, but as a long-term cause. My mission is to provide the most reliable cooperation for partners and customers, building trust through performance and constant iteration. I enjoy the opportunities that the solar industry has given me. It has been a continuous journey of learning, building, and reinventing.
