MAIN PROJECTS Champion Iron - Bloom Lake Operations 2018 Completed detailed 5 year plan including rephasing the pit design as well as incorporation into the Life of Mine plan. Work included block model analysis and coding, Minesight Schedule Optimizer set up and sensitivity analysis, and a brief presentation on work completed and analytic outcomes. Technical and project leader for installation and integration of Modular dispatch into the mine operations and engineering team. IAMGOLD – Saramacca Project Scoping Study - 2017 - 2018 Trade-off to detailed engineering study of material transport strategies from a satellite deposit to the concentrator. Work included profile modelling, cycle time calculation, equipment modelling in TALPAC, dispatch data analysis from Wenco, haul truck RFQ, vendor selection through matrices analysis, grader productivity and sizing, equipment cost calculations, sensitivity analysis and leading workshops on bid analysis. Sayona Resources - Authier Deposit - 2018 Feasibility study for a 2000 tpd spudemene concentrator. Work included pit optimization, mine design criteria, operations strategy, and block model analysis. Black Iron – Shymanviske Iron Ore Preliminary Economic Assesment 2017 Optimization study to determine the benefits of staged capital expenditures and updated mine plan. Work included haulage profiles, fleet modelling and trade-offs, capital and operating cost modelling, alternative equipment sourcing strategy, and waste storage facility design.

Implemented the new business structure in Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Financial Management after Thompson Creek Metals acquisition. Created forecast and cost accounting reports in HFM and Hyperion planning. Trained new users in the use of HFM and HP, while training sophiscated users in time saving techniques. Responsible for the 3 year budget and 30 month rolling forecast updates for 15 administration departments. Managed site capital budget, AFE process, and forecast updates with actual spending vs planned. Ensured that forecast updates were relevant and grounded in reality. Audited month end reports to identify misclassified journal entries and adjust the forecast where necessary. Managed the BC Hydro contract and identified an opportunity leading to 200,000 in annual savings Completed statistical analysis for the technical service groups

Responsible for the 30 month budget including mine plan design, haulage profiles, Lerch-Grossman updates with new cost structure and commodity price forecast, waste dump design, material scheduling, equipment scheduling, and iteration to achieve the lowest cost plan Responsible for monthly cost reviews, capital justifications, equipment productivity statistics, production database implementation, and continuous improvement projects for the mine department, Oversee the timely, accurate, and efficient provision of monthend asbuilt surfaces, blast pattern design, survey control, short term plan, short term plan communication, slope monitoring, and infrastructure as-builts. Collaborate with multifunctional teams to produce necessary information for mine permit application renewal including Life-of-Mine design, waste dump design, capital requirements, slope design options. Supervise and mentor junior engineers, mine technicians and respond to any requests for information in the engineering department
