− Maintain an account that averages over $100k in margins of over 400 loads every month − Oversee the coordination and tracking of full truck loads, Intermodal, Drayage, and LTL shipments across the US, Canada, and Mexico − Quote customers with real time rates on specific lanes needing specific logistical equipment − Assess and dictate how to recover loads due to service failures or other logistical problems to ensure on time delivery, while updating customers throughout the transit − Negotiate rates and contract terms with carriers to fit the customer’s needs, improvement opportunities and the market’s availability − Ensure carriers are compliant with customer needs and regulatory requirements
