• Manage the construction and design of all Bell Mobility capital projects in Eastern Ontario for multi-million dollar new cell site installations, tower and foundation reinforcing, inbuilding installations and cellular upgrades. Key projects include wireless to home internet and 5G installations across Bell Mobilities network. • Manage and coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, design consultants, and field technicians to ensure projects remain on schedule, implementation of new technologies has no effects on customer impact. Mitigate any risks that would delay the project from design to site implementation. • Perform contractor administrative services by creating, reviewing and approving project tenders, direct assignments, change orders. Making sure all post site inspection corrections are completed to Bell standards. Attending site for health and safety inspections and to address on-site issues. Ensuring all project deliverables are submitted and meet Bell Mobility documentation standards. • Manage and coordinate all new macro, meso and rooftops from development all the way to final implementation. Request, review and approval of geotechnical studies, electrical designs and detailed design drawings for all macro, meso, and rooftop sites. • Provide construction cost estimates of infrastructure projects with other divisions of Bell based on various client requirements. • Coordinate with upper management stakeholders to report and discuss any project risks and present any solutions to rectify the risks.

• Performed and supervising effective property operations in compliance with all applicable building codes, acts and regulations. • Oversaw all property operations associated with maintenance, renovations, project budgeting, expense and revenue forecasting, lease management, rent collection, inspections, utility contracts, and eviction notices. • Conducted regular, daily, weekly and monthly inspections of properties to ensure proper functioning of building systems and mechanical operations, safety and security risks and maximizing overall appearance of property. • Arranged, managed and supervised contractors to complete maintenance and renovation projects for existing residents, vacated units, and common areas. Obtained bids, wrote purchase orders and verified work completion by contractors.

• Performed analysis and design review of new and existing telecommunication towers, tower and anchor foundations, and equipment mounts. Designed structural antenna mounts, tower reinforcing, and foundation reinforcing. • Performed on-site inspections and quality control of telecommunication towers and rooftop installations. On-site inspections ranged from new tower and rooftop installations to new installs of antennas, transmission lines, guy line swaps, tower reinforcing, and foundation reinforcing. • Completed internal forms and documents consisting maintenance inspection reports, acceptance reports, audit reports, structural analysis reports, and AutoCAD drawings. • Developed exceptional knowledge of CSA-S37-18 Antennas, tower and antenna supporting structures standards, and working at heights safety requirements.

• Developed skills in public relations and team collaboration. • Reviewed and approved individual grading plans for all ranges of exterior construction on private property for permit approval and individual lot grading plans from the master grading plan on subdivision developments. • Assisted in the technical review of infrastructure related to the development work submitted by consultants, developers, general public, and coordinated the approval of building permit grading plans. • Assisted in the review and approvals of development applications for subdivisions and site plan control, which consisted of the review of lot grading and drainage plans, stormwater management, issuing water permits, and commence work notifications. • Assisted in the review of slope stability studies, geotechnical studies, and master servicing studies. • Read through multiple documents on City of Ottawa standards and Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications and Special Provisions.
