As the Regional Director of Recruiting Operations for the Kansas City Medical/Physician Recruiting Company, I oversee the recruitment and retention of physicians, students and medical professionals for the Army Medical Department in five states. With over 20 years of experience in the US Army, I have developed strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills that enable me to lead a team of recruiters, plan and execute recruiting programs, and report on the progress and outcomes of our mission. Since becoming the Regional Director of Medical and Physician Recruiting Sourcing, my organization has managed to rise from the bottom 10% of organizations in the nation to a Top 5 Company. Additionally, the company has accomplished the top recruiting priority mission two years in a row, while increasing overall volume by 30% and doubling precision market achievement through new market penetration and innovative ideas.

Stood up and developed the Kansas City Army Medical Recruiting Physician Recruitment Team. Prospected, interviewed, developed institutional relationships, and networked in 5 states. Conducted market analysis and market saturation in order to find highly qualified and motivated individuals to provide the best medical care for Soldiers and their families. I created Recruiting Operation Plan based on Army needs and market analysis. Led a team of 6 physician recruiters to increase efficiency and productivity resulting in a 200% increase in physician applications.

Platoon leader for a Medical Platoon ensuring medics were trained above the standard. Created training plans, and medical evacuation plans. Responsible for the Medical deployability for over 800 individuals. Managed a Role II field hospital, as well as the 35 personnel that are associated with it, to include Dentists, Doctors, PAs, Social Workers, Psychologists, Lab techs and X-Ray techs. Responsible for over $7 million dollars in property.
