- Send out NDAs and aid with negotiating finalized draft - Find new suppliers which offer product line within certain application specifications - Conduct cross-functional meetings with suppliers to gather in-depth analysis on product offerings - Send out RFQ packages to existing and new suppliers to obtain most efficient quotes - Obtain and organize quotes from existing and new suppliers at low and high volume quantities to support future builds - Negotiate NRE, tooling, and piece price to meet target costs - Work with VA/VE team to find new ways to lower costs - Procure over 100 items from a new BOM, and meet very aggressive target date

• Create purchase orders with ERP system pertaining to a bill of materials. • Quote, locate and update various types of suppliers. • Negotiate prices and quantities for most effective cost reductions. • Monitor the flow of shipments in transit to ensure material arrives within specified time frame. • Review pricing and promotional strategies with our strategic partners. • Coordinate with program management and engineering team to implement engineering changes to achieve timely delivery. • Build relationships with outside and inside sales personnel through daily communication.

• Organize, label, and store all inflators by OEM. • Barcode, scan, and process production data via Excel. • Create daily reports, close reports, and audit. • Verify data in spreadsheet is accurate and up-to-date. • Coordinate incoming procedure by manager priority request. Key Achievements: • Aided in organizing a manual labor barcode scanning process in order to optimize output. • Demonstrated strong leadership skills as the work environment quickly changed.

Ensure quality on all production ran by my assigned machines. Visual inspect bolts under microscope for over-lapping. Demonstrate precision measuring with micrometers and calipers every hour to confirm quality. Enter statistical data into database for customer reference (SPC). Set-up machines new production for a variety of different parts. Take part in KPM program for continuous business improvements. Follow TS 16949 standards on all aspects.

Ensure on time delivery and pick-up of customer's furniture and mattresses. Stock and organize showroom floor for best presentation. Build/Repair a variety of furnitures. Prepare excel spreadsheets for scheduling. Price furniture as a percent in outlet section.

Process purchase orders through SAP program.
