I have 15 years of hands-on experience in land drilling. I’ve developed comprehensive maintenance programs for major drilling contractors, led a comprehensive audit process across 215 rigs, and published 200+ technical publications and maintenance SOPs on the systems that keep this industry running. Unlike last mile logistics, the first mile of reverse logistics outsources fulfillment to the consumer, creating a universal pain-point in the customer experience. Major accomplishments include: Created Management of Change web-based module for 5 company entities within corporate umbrella as an initiative to centralize asset modifications within corporate control. Co-authored corporate Quality Audit and scoring system. Audit lead on hundreds of rig-site quality audits. Created company-wide Preventive Maintenance Program for multi-billion dollar rig fleet, including Operations, Technical, and Depot level maintenance. Authored over 200 company approved documents for HSE, Maintenance, Technical Services, HR, Supply Chain/Procurement, Training & Development Overhauled corporate Management System - Sharepoint Created Technical Services Management System - Sharepoint Co-created corporate Incident Management System web-based module for 5 company entities within corporate umbrella. Created Oracle-based work order deployment strategy for engineering/technical services departments to be implemented by operations personnel across rig-fleet. Developed respective format for technical document suite, including bulletins, alerts, modifications, retrofits, scopes of work, procedures, policies, etc. Gave engaging opening statements at corporate quarterly meetings to executive management, ranging from human interest topics, comic relief, to self-produced and adrenalized music videos shot on rig-sites. Fulfilling career in oil and gas industry all performed before the age of 30.
