My job was to review state documentation for troubled/at-risk youth, design a plan of action to assist them in achieving both their personal and state-mandated goals, log all events and interactions with the youth in official documentation, and then update case managers and probation officers of the youths' progress. Ancillary duties in this job included teaching basic life skills, tutoring, and even crisis aversion through therapeutic talking.

My general job was to serve as the head of project management for the Student Success Team in the areas of tutoring, monitoring at-risk students, and designing scheduling procedures through 3rd party software for all areas of the university's Graduate & Professional Studies program. I designed a tutoring program, created and reviewed official documentation and hired tutors, set up and managed the departmental scheduling software, and developed numerous email, document, and policy templates. I was also tasked with running periodic reports on student and faculty usage of multiple services and then determining statistical significance from the reports. In addition to all of this, I reached out to students through phone and email regularly to answer questions, collaboratively problem solve, and help determine strategies and steps for success in both undergraduate and graduate level courses.
