Provides legal support, advice and counsel for Inter Miami CF and all related entities. Specific responsibilities include the preparation, review and negotiation of all varieties of legal documents, contracts, litigation management, real estate matters, intellectual property management, etc. Advises on major business transactions and initiatives. Interprets, drafts/revises and administers guidance related to MLS rules. Assists in matters of due diligence and document review and preparation for major transactions. Assists in other transactions, general corporate governance matters and international agreements.

Negotiated and drafted a wide variety of contracts including sponsorship agreements, local broadcast agreements, talent agreements, suite and premium seating agreements, IT service agreements, vendor contracts and cheerleader employment agreements. Negotiated and managed all music licenses for internal digital content team and related entities. Handled immigration matters, including visa filings for players, coaches and corporate employees. Coordinated with human resources department on company policies and employment matters. Assisted Senior Director of Legal & Government Affairs in strengthening relationships with local government officials. Supported in managing and litigating claims against organization(s). Prepared and filed subpoena responses, answers and other pleadings.

Assisted Professor Peter Carfagna teach two sports-law courses entitled “Representing the Professional Athlete” and “Negotiating and Drafting Sports Venue Agreements”
