* Perform Human Resource duties including, screening and interviewing candidates, hiring and terminating employees, on-boarding and training, processing payroll for up to 60 staff members, conducting employee reviews and provide coaching when necessary. * Create and manage work schedules for all staff members. * Conduct sales trainings to motivate staff and ensure all sales associates are exceeding their goals. * Supervising all staff members to ensure that every customer has a great experience. * Lead monthly and quarterly staff meetings.
