West Brandi

As an instructional coach and STEM Academy director at Humble ISD, I have over 13 years of experience in supporting and empowering teachers to improve their practice and enhance student learning outcomes. I have a strong background in coaching educators, knowledge sharing, and facilitating professional development workshops, where I create instructional resources and provide feedback and guidance to my peers. I am passionate about fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for everyone, and I value diversity, innovation, and excellence in education. I enjoy collaborating with other educators and stakeholders, and I am always eager to learn new skills and strategies. I have expertise in curriculum design, project based learning, and data analysis, and I have presented my work at several conferences and as a contract instructor for the Rice Office of STEM Engagement. My mission is to inspire and equip teachers and students to pursue their academic and career goals in STEM fields and beyond.
