Supervise 5 student interns in sustainability related tasks for the University. Provide environmental sustainability guidance and research on various aspects of campus operations including the built environment, curriculum, community collaborations and policies.

* Serve as the Advisor to the Student Energy Internship Program. This is a time limited ARRA funded program through the NC Dept. of Commerce. The grant focuses on job training with regards to reductions in energy usage & greenhouse gas emissions. * Identify projects & partners * Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders * Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path * Hiring of 21 students and recent graduates * Track project milestones and deliverables * Review status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas * Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans * Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
