I grew up around construction, following my father through residential build sites and developing a love for building with my hands. At the same time, I was drawn to technology and fascinated by how the digital world was beginning to transform even the most tactile industries. When I discovered VDC and the opportunity to merge construction and technology, everything clicked. That passion led me into the MEP world, where I’ve spent my career helping technology empower the people who build.Today, as a Senior Manager of Construction Technology with 15+ years of experience, I bridge field operations and digital innovation. I combine deep BIM/VDC and MEP expertise to connect people, processes, and data across the entire project lifecycle. Construction technology has historically struggled to gain traction, so I built my career around understanding both field realities and IT systems - becoming a translator between the two.Coaching youth sports (and raising two energetic boys) sharpened my leadership style. I found strong parallels between coaching a team and supporting field crews adopting new tools.
