Brady Erlich

Originally from South Africa, I made my way to the United States where I was a Student-Athlete (D1 Rugby) at Davenport University. My Studies in Business Administration (BBA) with focus on Networking & Financial electives were designed to be a springboard for my future. Being a collegiate athlete has helped me become organized and develop great time management skills by maintaining a balanced schedule to assure academic and team success. Being a co-captain on the team, I have learnt and gained the ability to control and work with others to execute tasks and instructions. Currently working at Family Farm and Home, were I have learnt a great deal in all core functions including vendor relationships and dealings, assortment, pricing, customer experience, and marketing. I believe that where ever I am I will produce excellent results. I add great culture and diversity into where I may be employed. I am comfortable with team-oriented environments/projects and also working individually. I have the confidence to both get tasks done independently or ask for guidance when needed.
