About
Bradley is the founder and principal of The Regulator's Practice, a consultancy established in 2022 to support the evolution of organizations that serve and protect people. Prior to founding The Practice, Bradley served as Chief Officer - Strategy and Governance with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives. In 2021 Bradley was named Governance Professional of the Year by the Governance Professionals of Canada for his governance leadership and innovation within BCCNM and the broader regulatory community. Prior to his work in regulation Bradley was a governance consultant with WATSON Advisors, a Vancouver-based governance consultancy. Before that he was the Partner of Roy Group, a leadership development firm. In these roles Bradley worked with clients across North America and across public, private and not for profit sectors. Bradley served as the chief of staff to Alberta’s Attorney General and the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
