I have over 7 years experience in banking and risk management. Currently I work at Bankwest as a Senior Manager, leading a team of analysts responsible for ensuring the bank's unsecured lending portfolios remain profitable and within risk appetite. I use my analytical skills to highlight pockets of risk or opportunity, and implement strategies that aim to mutually benefit our customers as well shareholders. Prior to banking, I worked in a factory building luxury boats for the super wealthy - this experience awarded me a keen eye for detail along with a resolve to always try and deliver a product free of imperfections. This is something that I continue to apply in my personal and professional life. When I'm not being a banker or boat builder I enjoy rock climbing, video games, gardening, home improvement and restoring cars.
