MidCap Financial is managed by Apollo Capital Management, L.P., a subsidiary of Apollo Global Management, LLC, pursuant to an investment management agreement. Apollo Global Management is one of the world's largest asset managers with approximately $481 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2021), providing market leading industry expertise, market reach, and financing synergies. My focus is originating ABL and ABL Stretch from $10 million to $500 million plus.

Responsible for sourcing and structuring cash flow and asset based transactions to support investments made by private equity sponsors. I also focus on transactions with investment banks, intermediaries, syndicating banks, and public and private companies. Amalgamated Capital, the New York-based finance division of Amalgamated Bank, provides leveraged cash flow-based financing to support investments made by private equity sponsors in the lower middle-middle market, typically companies with EBITDA between $5.0 million and $12.0 million. We also focus on sponsor driven and direct asset based lending opportunities. Amalgamated Capital has a national foot print with a wide range of industries.
