Responsible for all staffing, personnel management, financial reporting, contract/scope management, and customer satisfaction (achieved all SLAs). • Technical lead for hardware replacement/operating system deployment for 3,300 endpoints across 30+ geographically distributed sites; completed on-time, under budget, with complete customer management satisfaction and minimal end user impact. Responsible for concept of operations development, labor effort estimation, business model construction, presentation to internal management for approval, and delivery to customer management.

• Responsible for a $6-8 million annual procurement budget, identifying cost savings ($2M+ cumulative savings over 3 years) through a variety of process improvements, streamlined management, and analysis of spending. • Lead Asset Management team of 11 employees and subcontractors managing over 13K IT assets across 20+ sites/stockrooms/warehouses.
