As a Project Manager, I oversee the end-to-end process of importing plastic injection tooling from LCCs. This includes, but is not limited to, managing the entire lifecycle of tool builds—from the design phase to production, trialing, and final delivery. My responsibilities encompass coordinating the tooling importation, ensuring the timely delivery of completed tools to our clients in the USA, and facilitating the final trial runs at customer facilities to ensure optimal functionality and quality standards.
