Brad manages the legal aspects of the firm’s operations, including transaction execution, corporate governance, risk management, media relations and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Pritzker Private Capital, Brad worked in the private equity, finance and transactions practice of Vedder Price, P.C. Previously, Brad worked in the corporate and securities group at Mayer Brown LLP, representing buyers and sellers involved with acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.
