Brad: Business Technology Consultant With a strong foundation in Business Management, Marketing, and Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and El Paso, my career journey has been as dynamic as it has been rewarding. Starting as a commercial pilot and certified flight instructor, I eventually found my passion for technology and leadership, which led to the establishment of two successful enterprises. From 1990 to 2007, I served as the Founder and President of a nationally recognized consulting and mystery shopping company. Through innovative strategies and an unwavering commitment to service excellence, we were honored as the National Association of Mystery Shoppers’ No. 1 Mystery Shopping Company for seven years—a testament to our leadership in the field. In 2004, I founded Sun Magic Software, Inc., launching creative software solutions like the “Magic Baby Book,” which achieved nationwide recognition and was featured in major retail outlets, including Circuit City and Walgreens. In 2007, I joined Heartland, where I channeled my passion for helping businesses thrive. Over the years, I held key roles as Territory and Division Manager, leading teams across Texas and New Mexico to outstanding achievements. In 2018, our division ranked #1 in the Southwest Region and #2 nationally among Heartland’s distinguished Red Diamond Divisions. Today, as a Business Technology Consultant, I leverage decades of expertise to help businesses navigate the fast-evolving digital landscape.
