Hauled Frac Sand to Gas and Oil wells for Fracing.

I supported the Machine Shop in Alvarado. Due to my ability to read and understand Blueprints I was the Puchasing Agent for machine parts. Low run or low volume parts I Purchased from out side vendors. I kept in close contact with vendors to ensure on time delivery of parts. Also made sure they were aware of needs and critical dimensions on prints of new parts. I also ordered all Raw Materials we use in our machine shop in Alvarado. From gun steel to raw bar stock including SS. I was also involved withe the Implimentation of SAP on the Procurement and Warehousing systems.

I helped kick off a Retrofit Project to unify all Wireline Trucks. I was 1 of the Purchasing agent that supported the Electonic Componets that were needed for all the Surface Panels that we were building for the trucks. I was also involved in the project to have all parts Kitted so that the purchasing agents could just order 1 part number and they would receive all Eletronic Componets to build one perticular panel. Instead of trying to order the 200 parts that went into it individualy. Also work withe the sheet metal vendors that Laser cut all Surface panel cabinet parts. Also involved with Kitting all parts as well to make work more simplified.

Supervisor over about 16 employees. We warehoused, inventoried, shipped all parts that were manufactured in the Alvarado Facility. Inventory consisted of Machine Parts to Oil Well Shaped Charges. Domestic and export as well.

Lead over 10 - 14 employees. Made sure that our Goals were being meet and that the associates were doing the job correctly. I was responsible for Shipping, Recieving, and the Warehousing of Inventory.

Worked in the warehouse learning the steps and processes of the department. Included all shipping, Recieving, and inventory of all parts manufactured at our facility. This is where I learned to drive CMV and get my license.
