I work at the intersection of engineering, product development, and project delivery within the mining and mineral processing sector.With a background in field engineering and on-site execution, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for solutions that are not only technically sound, but practical, maintainable, and commercially viable. My experience spans taking complex mobile mining and processing equipment from concept and specification through to commissioning, operation, and ongoing optimisation in live production environments.In recent years, my focus has shifted toward product and project management, translating operational challenges into clear scope, risk-managed delivery plans, and outcomes that align with site, safety, and commercial objectives. I regularly work with operations teams, maintenance personnel, OEMs, and senior stakeholders to balance performance, reliability, and lifecycle cost.I’m particularly interested in:• Product strategy and lifecycle management• Capital project delivery in mining environments• Bridging the gap between engineering design and operational reality• Improving asset reliability, availability, and total cost of ownershipI value clear communication, accountability, and building trust with stakeholders at all levels, from operators on site to executive leadership.
