• My current role focuses on managing transversal propulsion systems programs and development, including engines, transmissions, drivelines, and electric powertrains, while ensuring quality, cost, timing, and performance (QCTP) targets with seamless program execution and alignment with organizational goals. • Lead the regional powertrain platforms and programs development and lifecycle management. • Associated and guided APAC India Technical Cost Reduction and benchmarking programs. • Functional lead of IAP Propulsion Systems Program and Quality Management. (Till Jun 2024) • Smart car powertrain launches, transition to OBD II and Ethanol 20% fuel. • Powertrain integration and Value Optimization for Smart car and Jeep carlines in IAP.

• Design, BoM Release, Change Management and Lesson learnt. • Development of E6D/BS VI OBD II with CP4.1 and Value Optimization. • Product lifecycle, support to manufacturing, Quality and field warranty.

(Formerly FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) • Technical responsible for Fam.B diesel engines and 12V BSG under e-Powertrain in APAC. • Engineering activities, program evaluation, industrialization, Quality, and field fix. • Fam.B 2L engine localized as a brown field program for Jeep “Compass” and Non captive customers. • Engineering service support to integration, plant capacity increase 30k to 100k+ • Coordinates with global technical teams and plant for FIRE Gasoline Engine program. • Liaising with manufacturing, technical service for industrialization and Quality. • “ABARTH” vehicles launch with turbo gasoline Mjet engine Supported in India .

(Formerly Chrysler India Engineering) • Established the engineering teams in Engine, Engine systems and chassis between years 2007-13 • Regional responsible for Technical Cost Reduction & benchmarking in Yr 2012-13. • JEEP vehicle pre-program planning & regional activities in year 2011-12. • Editor of India engineering newsletter “Voice of Development” for 3 years. • Represented APAC, supported for surveys, due diligence and test labs. • India specific lap, duty cycle developed and accomplished 50k km durability on Jeep in year 2008. • Identified regional Powertrain suppliers and developed for global sourcing.

o Established the engineering development activities / procedures and APQP process in India. o Engineering liaison and technical support to India plant and regional OEMs for Catalytic converter. o New business developed with Indian HD and MD diesel OE customers for metallic substrate catcon.

• Technical responsible for heavy duty 6 Cyl. diesel engines and industrialization. • Support to vehicles development, powertrain integration and on road validation. • Ad interim managed entire engine-testing and lab expansion • Validated and approved long drain engine oil use in trucks, a first in India market.

• Core member of 2.6L NEF and MDI TC engines for SUV/LCV applications • Technical support on projects, design, DFMEA and functional review. • Lead the engine mechanical development and validations. • Engineering support to plant and technical service for launch and field issues.

• Engine hardware development, Swirl optimization and mechanical validation. • Conformity of Production (COP) process established and achieved India’s first certificate.
