Acer Tax provides services in the areas of compliance, advisory, litigation / representation and structuring covering corporate tax, indirect tax and regulatory matters.

My key priorities included supporting the company’s growth, managing critical finance functions and adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Performed substantive audit procedures for Insurance companies using EY GAM (EY Global Audit Methodology) under US GAAP for Americas Clients. Also responsible to coordinate & interact with the onshore Audit team on a daily basis.

During my internship with NPRCA, I was exposed to the areas of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Risk & Assurance services of Public listed and Private companies, I was also part of team which providing Tax consultancy and Corporate Governance services.

As a Equity Dealer my key responsibilities were buying and selling securities on behalf of clients on electronic trading terminals, which involved continuous real time interaction with them during equity market trading hours.

As an Audit Assistant I was responsible for complying with statutory compliance and Conducting audit & assurance services for various entities.

* My key responsibility includes: * Customizing and meet the finance IS need by gathering and analyze requirements through personal research, interviews, analysis of supporting documentation and business process descriptions and use cases. * Complete IS requirements analysis and verification, ensure that requirements statements are complete, consistent, traceable, unambiguous, feasible and verifiable. * Participate with team members in prioritization of identified IS requirements.
