* Backgrind, Scribe & Break * Perform various Process Technician activities: read Build Sheets * create data logs for Engineering * inspect failed image Tape &Reel * set up equipment for Engineering debug (new products) * Perform various maintenance activities: Tape &Reel and saw conversions * assist with preventive maintenance on the probers * Troubleshoot equipment/process issues * Wafer level testing, Statistical Process Control in Tween, data collection/tracking in Hi-Rel * Run the test floor processes associated with the area of responsibility and manages equipment by output priority * Track production lot processing by entering detailed information into the company’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES) * Detects errors in production flow and/or production material * Understand and effectively utilize protocols to correct errors * Train lower level operators on process and equipment
