• Coordinate hotel and residence bookings and manage room blockings for the Rabat campus, • Manage and monitor room inventory to ensure availability and optimal allocation, • Ensure that all groups meet the required accommodation standards, • Follow up on half-board services with hotels and the ABS restaurant, • Review weekly menus and propose the most suitable options based on the type of group and seasonal availability, • Handle participants’ complaints and anticipate issues to provide timely and effective solutions, • Prepare a weekly report including all housing and catering details for upcoming training sessions, • Negotiate quotations with catering service providers to ensure the best quality of service at the most competitive prices, • Coordinate and follow up on coffee breaks at campus buildings,

• Handling inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and online platforms. • Assisting guests with their accommodation needs, answering questions, and resolving issues. • Conducting pre-arrival calls and emails to reconfirm reservations, collect guest preferences, and obtain additional information related to their stay. • Monitoring room availability within the inventory and implementing upselling techniques. • Communicating guest requests and preferences to relevant departments, including Housekeeping and Front Desk. • Processing deposits, payments, and refunds using payment links. • Staying up to date with hotel policies, promotions, and local attractions to provide guests
