• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of individual satellite missions and constellation programs, from initial concept through development, AIT, launch, deployment, and operation. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and external partners to define mission/program objectives, requirements, and milestones. • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against goals to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of programs. • Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle to address technical, operational, and external challenges. • Coordinate communication and information flow between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate collaboration and alignment on mission objectives and requirements. • Oversee mission and program documentation, including requirements specifications, technical designs, test plans, and post-mission reports both internally and to customers. • Serve as the primary point of contact for mission-related inquiries, providing timely updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

My job is to coordinate all the tasks of all engineering within the project and make sure we are meeting the project milestones within the specified time, quality and budget. Almost every project milestone is backed up with a sample delivery. For that sample to be developed and produced a collaboration between SW, HW and Mechanical teams needs happen smoothly. This collaboration is my responsibility. In addition I'm synchronizing the engineering development with manufacturing team and logistics team and also reporting to the Program Manager who at the end of the day is responsible for the overall project health including EBITDA monitoring. I am also responsible for the overall quality performance of the project, making sure we are compliant with ASPICE, IATF 16949, etc.

As a Mechanical Project Leader, I am the technical leader of the product and have the responsibility to develop and deliver, high quality product within the specified time frame and cost with the support of the Mechanical, the Display and the Optical engineers. At that role I was responsible of the interface with the 3 skills: Mechanic, Display and Optic.

As a Mechanical Engineer I was responsible for executing the mechanical design of the product based on the customer's requirements. Making the 3D models, Drawings and identifying Special Characteristics, Tolerance analysis, etc.
