I graduated with a Diploma degree in mechanical engineering at Technical University (BA) in Stuttgart-Germany, having an opportunity doing one quarter-semester in USA, New Jersey. I have worked for several mainly automotive related companies. As program manager for foam large part references, my role includes core development and application development, as well as strategic aspects of European development by acquiring new automotive projects with serveral OEMs. Daily business includes project reviews, discussions on upcoming customer projects and strategy sessions on topics such as staffing, future manufacturing or technology solutions. Daily tasks shifted over past years from purely technical focus to more holistic business approach. I enjoy this aspect of my role, as I can positively impact business with getting personal satisfaction on positive feedback and results.
