Isabela Borges
Talent & OE Manager @ BAT
About
Psychologist graduated from PUC-Rio with 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, currently working as Talent & Culture Coordinator at BAT, leading Talent Acquisition and EVP strategies for the Latam South region. In addition to my Psychology degree, I completed an Additional Major in Entrepreneurship, which broadened my perspective on leadership, innovation, and problem-solving in complex environments. This journey also strengthened my ability to learn fast, adapt strategies, and grow through experimentation and failure — skills I apply daily in building impactful HR solutions. My professional path began in the Santa Marta community, and ever since, I’ve carried a clear purpose: to transform lives through meaningful opportunities. I am passionate about attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent by designing experiences that connect people, business, and social impact. I co-authored the book Relational Leadership – Case Studies from Brazil, developed in partnership with Zeppelin University in Germany, featuring studies on leadership and social impact in Brazil. Additionally, my career was recognized in national Psychology conferences for projects focused on youth empowerment and social inclusion — key pillars that shaped the early stages of my purpose-driven journey. I believe every person has the potential to fly higher — my role is to create the pathways to make that happen.
