I partnered with Andrew Noble, an archetypal Australian and accountant par excellence, to set up AccSource in 2008 - www.accsource.com.au. We envisioned AccSource as a global strategic outsourcing partner for accounting firms and micro, small and medium enterprises. In our close to 2 decades of combined experience in the field of accounting and auditing, we realised that many firms and small businesses find it difficult to devote resources to routine accounting work. This was the rationale behind the inception of AccSource, which has helped many small and medium business and accounting firms focus on their core competencies, while we took care of their operational, compliance, accounting and administration business processes. Self-belief, sound planning and imagination coupled with determination and perseverance have moulded me with qualities of a leader in turning corporate dreams into a reality. In December 2005, joined KPMG, Chennai as a Manager and later became Senior Manager. Specialising in Assurance Services, I worked primarily on US GAAP engagements, Indian GAAP audit engagements and tax audit. As Senior Manager, I was responsible for Business Development, Profit Centre Management (Chennai Audit Practice), managing Clientele Relationship and leading the Assurance Team.

Overall in-charge for providing assurance services under Indian GAAP in Western India. The experience includes Business Development, Planning of Audit Engagements, coaching the team members, and carrying out review of the work of team members apart from assisting the partner on engagement management.

a) Quality assurance of the Analytics Product (EPB) before they can be certified as ready to be released to the customers. This job involves Testing of the product from their functionality aspect. b) Development of Test Plans: Sanity, System, Key Business Flows, Feature Test plans.

Being Part of Assurance Services of Assurance and Business Advisory Division of Price Waterhouse Coopers, I have gained diverse experience and expertise in functions like internal auditing, mergers and amalgamations, assurance services, enterprise planning and budgeting and business development.
