Carry out data analytics role in preparing data for different team member to carryout different TAX duties

SAS Report Development and Maintenance of Month-End reports for Barclays Africa Technology. Resolve any development issues and provide advise to users for a smoth reporting of ABSA financials.

* Tools Used: Base SAS and SQL. * Duties: City of Johannesburg Data Quality project (COJ): developed a report to * check COJ progress on fixing the mismatch on the two systems (Venus * and Valuations). The two had to be identical to avoid COJ sending the * same person statements two times in the same month, each with a * different amount. The report was helping COJ management identify line * items/properties that needed attention as soon as possible, failure to do * so would land COJ in hot water with property owners. * Transnet Audit Support project: Developed SAS programs and CAATs * to read data for Transnet (all its divisions) and clean the data before it * can be checked for reliability and possible fraud. Once the data was * clean, it was then ran through CATTs to check if there are any ghosts * 4 * employees, incorrect ID numbers and vendor payments that may be; Duties: Carry out different tasks and projects on WALKER FINANCIAL * SYSTEM for the whole province. * Create datasets and Load Assets onto the system. * Responsible for the System Security.
