After allowing for a stronger focus on customer needs, it became most efficient to join the Field and Application sides as one again. My continued focus is on Radio Test Systems to support commercial and tactical communications, including ground, airborne and shipboard. Being able to make a smooth transition of requirements and development helps speed communication to the organization.

The bond between the customer and designers of a product is what makes for success. As a Field Applications Engineering Manager, my responsibilities are to support both sides by communicating these needs between each other. My focus is on Radio Test Systems to support commercial and tactical communications, including ground, airborne and shipboard. While working side by side with Sales and Engineering, demonstrations, training and providing guidance to the Applications Group and customer is just a snapshot of these commitments.
