As the First Quality Member at FWH USA, I ensure end-to-end quality management across contract manufacturing operations on LFP battery based ESS. My role covers: Quality System Oversight: Auditing ISO 9001 compliance, ensuring system traceability, and driving continuous improvement. Material & Process Quality Management: Verifying inspection standards, process documents (CP, FMEA, SOP, SIP), and supervising defect handling. Reliability & Compliance: Monitoring reliability testing, supporting third-party audits, and ensuring effective corrective actions. Non-conformance & Shipment Quality: Managing non-conforming product processes, driving countermeasures, and overseeing outgoing quality control. Focused on building robust systems, driving supplier compliance, and ensuring product reliability, I work to strengthen FWH’s global quality standards and customer trust.

Technical Quality Engineering - EV Battery Cells - Provided technical support during the ramp-up of 4680 cylindrical battery cells for the Cybertruck - Organized and analyzed all flag-related defects for the DPA lab including dynamic heat-map - Identified opportunities for SPC implementation (5 closed-type and 7 SPC opportunities plus) - Conducted a business case study on MD overhang (0.5 M$/GWh) and can-side flag fold (0.8 M$/GWh) - Led intensive tasks on slitting quality improvement for IRA-compliant electrodes
