Production Manager • Production planning and management of the production department. • Liaise with Warehouse on stock availability. • Participate in problem Solving Teams • Review and update Cotrol plans, FMEA’s, Risks assessment, Boundary Samples, Work instructions and relevant forms. • Manage supply of raw materials. • Check and approve orders for PPE, Consumables, Stationery • Equipment maintenance management and • Participate in all external audits (Including OEM audits). • Implementation of corrective actions emanating from internal and external audit. • Managing performance, development and training of staff. • Actively carry through continual process improvements. • Chair disciplinary enquiries. • Monthly report to factory manager.
